When will I receive my order?

Because we have warehouses and partners all around the world, we do not provide the same specific delivery time for every product. Usually, when you shop on our site, every item has a delivery time indicated in the product description.

We provide tracking information for every order we ship. You will receive it by email.If your order is late, check your tracking information to make sure everything is all right.If you still can’t find the reason why it is late, visit our contact us page and send us a message. We’ll answer you as fast as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds on products for 14 days after they’ve been received. We do not refund products that have been mistreated and damaged by the owner.If you’re experiencing any problem with your product, please visit our contact us page to send us a message. We’ll make sure to respond to you as fast as we can.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on where you are located in the world. For all orders over $100, you’ll get free shipping. Shipping fees are always indicated in the checkout after you enter your address.It takes between 24h to 48h to ship out an order from our warehouses once it is received.

 

Can I make an exchange? Do you accept returns?

Please note that we only accept returns; we do not process exchanges. If you ordered an item and it doesn’t fit, you’ll need to return the item and then repurchase it in the correct size.Some items are final sale; it will be indicated in the product description.


What should I do if I receive the wrong items?

Oops. We’re really sorry about that.Go to the contact us page and send us a message and a picture of the product. We’ll take care of this and answer you ASAP!

 

What should I do if my product has been damaged or broken?

If it’s the first 14 days after receiving it, contact us ASAP, so we send you a new one.

1)We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

2)If a product has been altered in any way. We can’t replace the item.

3)We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
